AMP-MA was formed in response to urgent regulatory and legislative developments that will shape the future of aesthetic medicine in our state for years to come. Our mission is to protect patient safety, preserve access to care, and ensure that licensed medical professionals can practice within their lawful scope based on education, training, and evidence-based standards.
Our Vision
Massachusetts is currently facing multiple challenges that directly impact aesthetic providers. Collaboratively, we can join forces in protecting our scope of practice all while maintaining patient safety. AMP-MA has retained experienced healthcare counsel and a professional lobbyist to engage directly with regulators and advocate for clear, evidence-based guidance regarding microneedling and a proposed Massachusetts medical spa legislation (Bill H.5087)
